A user is an employee, manager, or administrator who has a login and uses TitanPlan.
Monthly billing will be calculated based on the number of activated users and the days of usage during the month. It might look complicated, but actually it is pretty simple!
Bill total = Service plan × Employee’s usage time 1 + ... + Service plan × Employee’s usage time n
- Service plan: $2 per activated user per month)
- Employee’s usage time = Number of days usage / Number of days in a month

For example: There are two employees in a company. There are 30 days in the billing month. The first employee was activated on the 1st day and the second was activated on 12th (18 usage days).
Total billing = ($2 x 30 days usage / 30 days) + ($2 x 18 days usage / 30 days) = $ 3.20

If your company size exceeds 200 employees, TitanPlan offers custom pricing options with tailored features.
TitanPlan offers a pay-as-you-go service. You will be charged monthly. Should you wish to cancel, billing will stop by the end of the running month. No cancellation fees, just sad to see you leave.
